A letter of demand was issued to her giving her 10 days to pay the money due, which she didn't. I contacted her family via facebook. She then phoned me and wanted to see me face to face, still not explaining why she has not paid the money yet. I arranged with my lawyer that she can meet me at her office. Heidi pitched, apparently very upset about what I posted on Hellopeter and explained that the issue reported by Pieter Henning was resolved and that he would take his complaint off - note that after more than a week the complaint is still there. She also tried to bargain with me that she will only pay my money if I take my complaints off Hellopeter. She then signed an 'Aknowledgement of debt' to pay the amount 3 days later, which she didn't. Her family eventually paid it. I asked her mother to phone me and she pleaded with me not to do anything further about the situation. I even offered to use the money she paid back to help Heidi to get help as they agreed that she needed help. She and Heidi was going to come see us to explain and apologize. The family are not co-operating and threatens me when I contact them. The local newspaper will be reporting on this soon.
