I posted a complaint yesterday, and somebody replied telling me that my parcel in question is in New Brighton, I never asked if the parcel is in New Brighton, I know that the parcel is in New Brighton, I went to collect the parcel on Saturday with my I'd document and the tracking number. The complaint I sent to you is because I never got the parcel because the consultant said he needs the slip that was delivered for the collection of the parcel, I had to leave without the parcel, yet I had the tracking number. If you had at least phoned me to find out the core of the problem, I would have enlighted you up. You musn't assume, assumption is the mother of all stuff ups. I still received no reply to my email about the parcel. This complaint need not be taken lightly, it must be taken seriously just like other complaints. Its been 48 hours now, still no reply to my email. Do you now get my point?
I always collect the parcel with the tracking number no matter where its written, and they always help me. Please at least phone me and discuss the complaint professionally!
