I paid for a parcel R868.00 to Singapore Int Air Parcel. 3 - 10 days delivery. 4kg. After tracking the parcel for 10 days I found out today that my parcel has gone seafreight and has left the country today 24 July 2013. No delivery in 10 days? My client in Singapore broke down today as this was a commissioned piece of art to complete her decorating project. Who will compensate her because the SAPO advised me today that my parcel will now take 1 to 3 months for delivery. My client will not pay my balance for the project. Will SAPO pay my bills this month? This is absolute incompetence. I don't want a refund. I WANT MY CLIENT TO HAVE HER PARCEL NOW AS AGREED BY THE SAPO.
