When you phone to enquire they indicate that they are Norhtern Cape but can courier a kitten or puppie to you. They ask for a 50% deposit and 50% on delivery. They request payment via e-wallet or other means where you cannot trace them. Once payment is made you get a very professinal email from Septra Couriers informing you of your delivery and request a R4000 deposit for the carier and a R225 fee. The deposit is refundable on delivery. The carier for the animal is special and therefore requires the deposit. Once this is paid you never hear from them again.
