i purchased a product on the website, and paid for it. but the seller has not updated my product status as yet.
my order still shows pending on my account - Order #100000886 - Pending

i have Emailed the Seller and a read Receipt was returned.

there is no contact details on the Website just an Email.

i manage to trace a IP address if it will help at all - 41.203.18.205

please assist as i want a refund..
