I made payment this morning @ an FNB ATM (cash deposit) into Impact Meters account, which according to FNB will reflect immediately.
The ATM I was using to deposit didn't have receipts, so I wasn't able to print proof. FNB told me that it's not a train smash that the ATM couldn't give a receipt, but the money went to the correct Impact Meters acc.
The bank told me that they can't give me proof without Impact Meters approval, because they'll have to go onto Impact Meters account.
The bank instructed me to call Impact Meters and ask them to check their account against the reference I used, and the payment will reflect. Impact Meters told me to send proof even when I told them the whole situation.
They switched off electricity though there's payment on their account. How is it my problem that the ATM didn't have receipts? Must the house be without electricity because there's no printout proof of payment, while the amount in question is in their account.

I'm really disappointed with the kind of service I got from Impact Meters. I so wish we were buying electricity directly from Eskom.
