After I ordered my in car dvd/gps unit I got very good sales service with prompt delivery and installation. See my good review! A month later I started to get some problems on the unit. The moment I reported this Sean was very help full and promised to meet me the next day to attend to the problem. Since then it has been 2 weeks of unanswered phone calls and empty promises via email. He never takes my calls and never returns a message. I am now stuck with a broken product that has cost me a lot of money!!! To all reading this be very careful!!!
