I had an issue with the last time I called Protea metering that my payments were going to my water bills. Well since I wasn't contacted the second time since my second response I decided to call again today.
I was served by a wonderful lady by the name of Susan who told me what happened to my payments and even Updated me on my current account Balance.
How I wish that all Protea metering employees would be as patient and forthcoming as Susan.
Well done Protea Metering for hiring one wonderful person at your Midrand Branch.
She also advised me on what to do when making my next payment and because she did I will do just that...
