Stone and Wire in my bottle of atcha

I am disappointed to report that I found a stone and then a piece of staple like wire about 2cms whilt eating your chunky veg atchar.

After 5 years this is a first I have had with your product, I feel your quality controller should be fired as someone obviously threw the wire in the mix with a couple of tiny stones enough to break one's tooth.

My tooth now has a tiny hole as a result, the wire luckily didn't pass my throat.

I demand an explanation.
