In a nutshell, booked my Russell Hobbs iron for repairs at Clicks Braamfontein, iron came back 1 month and two weeks later. Please note Iron was in a good condition still brand new, the only thing that was wrong the iron fuse was broken as it was switching on and off. Today I got my iron back you won't believe it looks like a scrub rag like someone washed the floor with it, two chips on the side russel hobbs name chipped, surface looks like it's scratched with a nail, cored is brown and not white, dirty as ever, Heart broken disappointed in Russell Hobbs.
