I purchased a kettle and toaster set from Russel Hobbs at Makro. The first set we purchased the toaster did not work. We proceeded to take it back and after a huge mission and got a new set. We have not had it for very long and now the kettle is falling apart. The plastic part where the top of the handle meets the lid is broken it just fell off because it wasn't fasted properly to the kettle during the making.. This makes use of the kettle very difficult and it does not look nice either. Its disappointing because you spend the extra money hoping to get quality but instead you get a faulty toaster and a kettle that falls apart! Not a happy customer.
