When we first signed up with Skitter Blink everything went well their cleaning team did a good job cleaning the house quickly and used their own materials as per our contract.
Months later we dismissed them due to security concerns (they have left our home wide open 5 times for anyone to walk in and bugle our home). Not only this but they where raising their prices every few months for no reason. Going from under a thousand rand a month to over a thousand five hundred in 6 months???
Now we've discovered how much they actually cost us in and broken goods. They tons of cleaning materials from us and owe us perhaps a R1000 in cleaning materials alone. We've discovered chipped and broken coffee cups and damaged expensive wine glasses hidden in the back of our cupboards. What are we going to discover next.
Despite Skitterblink having a policy where they reimbuse you for damages these where hidden from us. Our window blinds are also damaged.
Now we're also seeing that they never cleaned anything properly. Dust and grime under everything!
Very, very disappointed.
