Scoin Shop
Do not want to buy coins back

I spent over R75, 000 on four Nelson Mandela coin sets from the Scoin Shop. Upon purchase they advised me the coins could be sold back to the Scoin Shop at any time. I recently wanted to sell the sets as I am relocating to the USA. I contacted the Scoin Shop in December, they said they were not purchasing the sets back presently and I should advertise them privately on a few websites. I did as they said, and I did not get one reply to my ads. I then contacted a few dealers, and they said the sets were only worth the gold bullion and although they were Mandela sets, they were of no additional value. The dealers offered me between R10, 000-R11, 500 each for my sets. I would now only like to get rid of the one set, and as of today 21 Jan 2013, the Scoin Shop still aren't buying these back and their response is "It is advisable that coins are kept for a minimum of 4 to 7 years before reselling." Well they should have told me this before I wasted over R75K on sets that are only now worth half of that. I would just like to get my money back on my one set, and I'll keep the others for now. I'm not asking for too much, yet they just do not want to assist me. I feel helpless and aggravated.
