I booked quite a few months in advance for the Top Gear Festival 2013 in Durban, and specifically bought parking tickets for R55. Nowhere on the website or on the ticket did it mention anything about first come first serve, or anything similar, I thought that due to the fact that I was paying extra for a parking ticket, that a space was guaranteed for me. When we arrived at the venue, the secure parking was full. We ended up having to park on the pavement OUTSIDE the venue, and were harassed by a casual parking "attendant" and had to pay R10 for this too.
There is no contact details for the organisers now once the event has taken place and I would really like to be refunded my R55 that I paid extra for and couldn't make use of.
