I booked an appointment with Suzette at her house to go discuss how I would like my wedding cake to look etc.
Arrived at her house and waited quite a while before phoning her only to find out she was at the clinic sick with flu. She did not bother to call and re schedule. So we decided to re schedule for the following weekend. Second time., arrived at her house and waited, rang bell and no answer. Gave her a call to let her kmow I was at her house, to which she responds would I mind waiting for her she is at Pick n pay busy buying "BENO" Biscuits for her dogs!!! I then decided to not use her and let her know the following day (monday) that I would like my money back and would no longer be using her services. As a Bride getting married in 9 weeks I cannot rely on her to have my cake at my wedding venue on the day.
To which she responded: Please note that as per my terms and conditions clearly stipulated on my website, I have already booked the date for your cake and turned away other orders for the specified date, the deposit is non refundable. She never gave me terms and conditions with my quote now She wont give me my deposit back! I didnt even physically sign the quote!
