I have had several bad experiences with Lizzie's Maids (I stop using them and then I call them again because other cleaning services are fully booked when I need someone ASAP). From being late, to not showing up and the worst... one maid actually took a nap on my bed! The incident happened about 3 months ago and I vowed never to use them again and I haven't reported it to the owner because my husband didn't want her to lose her job. The maid in question was Delisile. She came to clean and I went out to run errands leaving my husband behind. When I returned, he told me how he found her sleeping on the bed and when he shouted at her she jumped up and said she took a pain tablet and just wanted to sit down for a while and then she fell asleep. NOT ON! I was furious when he told me and it was just about time for her to leave. My husband asked me to calm down and not to call the owners of Lizzie's Maids because he felt sorry for her and he didn't want her to lose her job and we should just not use them again, and I didn't call. But I'm writing about it today because their overall service is NOT good. Like today 2July, .they are late and it is unacceptable! Get your act together Lizzie's!
