I bought a voucher on Groupon for a Photoshoot at Infinity Creations, I had no problem with Groupon but had a HUGE PROBLEM with the lady who owns Infinity Creations - Lizelle Olivier.
Firstly it took forever to get a hold of this lady to book an appointment for my brothers new born for whom I bought this Photoshoot Voucher for, once I got a hold of her I then scheduled a date whereby my brother could not attend and I tried several times to contact her once again to explain such and to re-schedule a date.
I take her actions as behaviour because I paid money as a valued customer on Groupon for this lady and I did not get my photoshoot BUT SHE DID RECEIVE MY MONEY WHICH I PAID GROUPON FOR HER SERVICES. I then tried contacting her on whatsapp where she then got a VERY BAD ATTITUDE with me and then without reason BLOCKED ME to ensure that I do not get a hold of her. I contacted Groupon for my money back because she refuses. I would suggest that people be aware of Infinity Creations for you get POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A OWNER WHO DOES THE PHOTOSHOOT WITH A VERY BAD ATTITUDE DO NOT BUY HER VOUCHER ON GROUPON because you will only loose your hard earned money for NO SERVICE!
