A Sales person from Le Morgan contacted me, we the arranged for a time to meet and discus the products they offer. After the meeting, I opted to have their special of 4 products for a reasonable price seeing that this was a promotional/discounted price the goods were being sold for. I waited almost 2 months to have the first 2 products delivered and another month for the third product delivered. In the meantime Le Morgan from SA contacted me because my account number seemed to be incorrect, I told them about the breach in contract and that I signed to have 4 products delivered seeing that the monthly installment is on 4 products. They ythen wanted to remove the 4th product but still wanted me to pay the same monthly installment for the same period of time. Which I disagreed with because the amount of products is less, meaning my monthly installment should also be less. I also raised the concern that the representative who I had met with told me the waterless cookware was also non-stick, which to my surprise was not the case. Now I'm stuck with cookware I don't want because the non-stick part was shy I had purchased the cookware set. What can I do to have this contract cancelled.
