I'm a nail biter, so I need sculptured nails done. When I first visited this salon a few months ago, I had a bad experience, as my nails were rushed off because the next client was waiting. As expected, due to this, my nails did not last and had to be fixed up within a week. On my birthday recently, my husband decided to get me a Dream Nails voucher and I had the sculptured nails done again. In just over a week, it started lifting badly and hooking onto everything. I set up an appointment, within the stated 2 week guarantee period, in order to have it attended to. It was not necessary for a fill but because of the bad condition my nails was in, due to the fact that is was not done properly, the technician proceeded with a fill. When the technician was done and I wanted to leave, I was charged for the fill. Surely, this had to happen due to the fact that it was done properly in the first place?? I expressed my concern to the lady at the till point and just basically got a dirty look with her hand out, waiting for the money. Is this the way you treat potential long term clients? I've had many friends that warned me going there beforehand but it was convenient. Never again.
