Ever since electricity was installed in Samungu area which is Ntumeni line, this electricity is very unreliable, each and every week it goes away like 5 times a week, we use it for cooking, fridges, lighting etc and sometimes we end up sleeping without eating, we know that this is the rural area but we just use it as much as the other customers use it. Yesterday it was gone which was on the 26/06 and today it also went out 27/06 and Eskom sent us a msg saying from 28/06 we won't have electricity from 6:00 till 18:00.The other thing is when the electricity is taken it goes in the morning when we need it the most or in the evening when we also need it the very most. Could Eskom please help us with this issue we tired of living like this, like we don't have electricity but yet we have it. Could we be also told what's causing this and a feedback Will be appreciated
