I was owing FNB Smart spend and my account was handed over to Maharaj Attorneys and i made arrangements to settle the account, of which i did on the 3rd of December 2012 and emailed proof of payment.
I have been receiving calls from them demanding the settlement amount and i have faxed the proof of payment numerous times but they can't seem to get any of my correspondence. i have asked them as well if i can hand deliver the proof of payment to their offices but they would not allow that. now i don't know what else to do because i'm not getting any joy.
