I delivered my Kirby vacuum machine on Thursday, 30 May 2013 to the service centre. On Friday, 31 May 2013, I received a complete assessment including recommended and optional parts/repairs, the price of each item, the function of each item and the possible long term consequences/adverse effect if not fixed.
Once I have authorised and paid for the repairs, the machine was delivered at my home on Tuesday morning with a bag with the old parts that were replaced (did not ask for it - it was their way of displaying integrity and honesty) and Lareeka tested the machine to see that it was to my satisfaction.
All this was done without me ever have to prompt for details, prices etc!!!
