Never get certificate

I did firearm training with STS on 31 August 2012.
I received the proficiency certificate for the training and after sometime I was suppose to get SASSETA certificate via the company STS.

When I call the trainer, he told me to wait for few weeks, but nothing happened.

SASSETA confirm that I am not registered with them as it was suppose to done by the STS company.

The trainer just ignore me.

please assist me I need the certificate.
