Solar Geyser Maintenance Contract

Purchased a maintenance contract for R1500-00 in April/May 2011 from Izinga Access when I had my solar geyser installed by them through an insurance claim with Standard Bank Home Assist. Izinga Access is a Sandard Bank Home Assist service provider.
I have been trying now for almost 3 months for Izinga to honour the contract in conducting a scheduled maintenance on the system.(When I purchased the contract I was told that it covers scheduled maintenance done every 2 years for a 10 year period). Standard Bank responded to my complaint by saying that the contract is between Izinga Access and me and thus has nothing to do with them, even though Izinga Access is their appointed service provider.
Izinga Access has not responded to any of my recent e-mails requesting clarification on what they would cover on a scheduled maintenance. I stated that I am willing to cover the cost parts etc and will they cover the labour costs..still no response.
I feel that Izinga Access has defrauded me of R1500-00 as they have said and done nothing to indicate that this contract will be honoured. Izinga should refund me my money (with interest) and I will pay for the maintenance costs as and when required.
