ON THE 3 OF MARCH 13 I APPLIED FOR ELECTRICITY FROM ESKOM. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WILL SEND SOMEONE TO TAKE A QUOTATION AFTER 7 DAYS. NO ONE FROM CAME UNTIL I PHONE THEM AGAIN I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WILL COME WITHIN 7 DAYS CONSULTANT (JACOB CUSTOMER CARE). ON THE 3 OF APRIL A WHITE GUY FROM ESKOM CAME TO TAKE THE QUOTATION AND HE PROMISE TO COME BACK AFTER TWO WEEKS. NO ONE COMMUNICATED WITH ME UNTIL I MADE A FOLLOW UP VIA EMAIL THAT WAS EARLY MAY I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WILL COME BEFORE END OF THE WEEK, BUT THAT WAS . A GUY PHONED ME WITH THE FOLLOWING NUMBER (017) 647 2525 HE PROMISE ME THAT HE WILL SEND PEOPLE TO CONNECT BUT THAT WAS . A GUY PHONE ME A WEEK AGO TO SAY THAT ITS STILL EARLY I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 90 DAYS AFTER MY APPLICATION. I WAITED ENOUGH SOMEONE WHO IS IN-CHARGE OF ESKOM PLEASE HELP I DON'T WANT THIS GUYS TO PHONE ME. THEY MUST GO AND CONNECT ELECTRICITY TO MY HOME. WE'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE MARCH ITS NOW OVER 3 MONTHS. THIS IS WHAT LEAD PEOPLE TO ILLEGAL CONNECTION IM NOW DESPERATE I'M WILLINGLY TO TRY ANYTHING THAT CAN LEAD ME TO HAVE ELECTRICITY. ESKOM WITH THEIR EMPTY PROMISES THEY FAILED. IF THEY NEED BRIBES THEY MUST SAY SO. REF91343044 FOLLOW UP REF9703738.
