I paid for a service I never received

On the 26 April I requested an insured parcel to be sent to Hermanus Door to Door and was advised it would be there within two days and would arrive in Hermanus on the Monday morning. I called the person whom the parcel was going to on the Monday morning and there was no parcel. I called speed service and they said that the parcel had arrived and was waiting at the Hermanus Post Office. I asked them why it was not delivered to the door and they advised that they do not offer that service in Hermanus. The person who's parcel it was then had to go to the Post Office to collect it, which was a great inconvenience for him. The lady at the speed services advised that I could claim back from the Post Office. I then went to the Post Office in Howard Centre as it is closer than the one in Claremont, spoke to the manager, filled out a claim form and he said because it was in Claremont they would transfer the claim to Howard and I could collect the difference in money there. After a month I heard nothing, I then went back to the Howard Post office and spoke to the new manager, Alex who said he would speak to Rubin on 021 590 3111 at claims and get him to call me. I am still waiting
