I have received a sms from credit clear and I responded, a customer service agent named Brian Ndlovu called me telling about their service. He mentioned that they can get me a loan to pay off my outstanding accounts that are on credit burea then they can begin the process of clearing my name.
I asked him to first see if I can get a loan before they do anything and he assured me that they will never begin the process or deduct any money before they confirm with me and he promised that I will get a call within the 48 hours then it will take up to 10 days for them to give me feedback as to whether I'm getting a loan or not. As of today the 10 days has elapsed a long time ago and I never received any call and its getting closer to my pay-day, I'm really scared that they will deduct money on my account as he has my banking details though I specified more than once that I want him to confirm with me before anything can be done
Can somebody from Credit Clear explain to me what's going on
