I've been calling Eskom due to no power in our area but even now I still don't have electricity. this is the third day reporting the same thing but they keep replying with the sms's that the power has returned of which its not true. We keep having this problem over and over again that when they come to fix the power it only last for a day and keep trapping something is definitely wrong with our transformer please help because we cant go on like this. My meter number is 07029260713 and my reference numbers for the past three days are (96727225, 96752811, 96800313, 96793565). Eskom must do follow up's with us customers making sure that our problems have been sorted.
Please help as we can't go on without electricity in this kind of weather.
