Failure to Replace damaged goods

After receiving my new couch, after waiting 8 weeks, the seam was already coming loose. I reported this to Brenda and Joe at Head Office. They are refusing to replace the ottoman. They want to take the ottoman and repair it and then return it. They will give me a replacement unit that doesnt match the rest of the couch. So my house must look mismatched due to their quality dept being useless. Or they will refund me and take the couch, I have already matched the other furnishing, who is going to cover all those costs, of new curtains etc? They apparently cant make a replacement unit as the dye of the material might not match, so they will rather fix than replace. So they are going to pull the fabric into the seam and force it to fit, so I will land up with a puckered up area on my ottoman. Maybe they should just supply me with and an entire quality checked, matching new couch.
