We needed to get our kitten shaved in a lion cut as he had lost his kitten coat within the course of one day and was severely matted. I found Paws online and called to ask if they would be able to help. They assured me that there would be no problem and that they could do absolutely anything we needed.
Later that day, my husband went to fetch our kitten. He was completely traumatised and terrified. He had nicks and cuts all over his little body and they also shaved his legs, whiskers, eyebrows and ear hair! That was certainly NOT what we asked for and is NOT a lion cut either. They also had no change so we ended up tipping them R30.00 for the TERRIBLE job they did. It has now been a week and our kitten is still not back to normal, he is still scared and doesn't want to play at all.
We called Brent to complain. He couldn't care less. He said that his groomer has NO qualifications, but has been grooming for 7 years. However, they hardly ever do cats! If he had told me that in advance, I would NEVER have taken my baby there! He said to "do what you have to do" when my husband said he was going to report him for animal abuse. He did not care and was not apologetic AT ALL.
