I was at Laskeside Spar and bought myself some fast food stuff and then bought 500ml of Bonaqua Lemon Lime sparkling, then went to pay, went out, when ours like 50km away from the shop, when I had a sip of my drink, I checked the date, it was already expired, I bought this drink on the 28 May 2013 and the date written on the bottle was BB15May13 means its already expired. When I arrived in Durban, I called the helpline/customer service and was given a ref no 2013051968. A day after I got a call from a guy by the name of Zakhele who said he is a Regional Manager, he said he's in Durban, he told me what's the procedure in a case like this, told me I must take the drink back to the shop and be refunded, I then told him that, I'm at Umlazi, I can't go 200km to get a R6 refund, and then he said he was gonna check what can be done since I am too far from where I bought it from, then he said he was gonna call me within 48 hrs, that was friday last week. On monday (03/06/13), I called them to find out what is happening, I was told that Zakhele is out, they will give him the message to call me back, till today (06/06/13). I have a had a bad service from the product and from the products reps!
