Incompetent & poor customer service

On the 4th of march 2013 my husband & I went to the above branch to purchase a tombstone for my late mother in law in which we paid cash and were advised by Lerato Mohlala of the backlog on their tomb erection so she said our tombstone will be erected end of april or begining of may which we were happy of, as promised we were called towards the end of april to meet the guys who were to erect the stone at avalon cemetry to our suprise there were descripencies on the engravement my mother in laws date of death was incorrect & the message was not what we asked to be written.
On that discovery we called their head office in Groblersdal & spoke to Chantelle whom we explained our grievances & she promised that they will come the following thursday to erect a Hradstone with correct details but to our demise that never happened so we went back to Lerato at Evaton who already knew of the situation she would promise to call us after speaking to her manager, what was painfull is thar we had already planned for the unveilling paid caters & sent out invites and the date for the inveiling is the 8th june 2013, its 2 days before we unvail & we are still waiting on empty promises.
