To my surprise I get an FNB notification of R399 paid to LDiscovery on 31 May 2013. I have no knowledge of this, did not sign a debit order authorize them to deduct.
When I called the most rude woman answered and gave me a number to call which is for loan detector sa. I did apply for a loan with them but NEVER gave them authority to debit my account.
Having been on hold for about 20 minutes to them (Loan Detector) I have had no joy.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR ELSE.
