Name taken off Unipin by Impact, No Electricity
I ma not surprise to see that Impact Meter services as the supplier is already on Halo Peter. We ran out of electricity for two days. Supplier took our name off Unipin's list for a few days without telling us that they did. The weekend came when we ran out of electricity & sat in the dark with candles at least over the weekend.
Hear's the thing. Living like cave dwellers is one thing but to see that both our Fridges ran down & defrosted before we could get the power back on. Deforested 4000 rands worth of supplies. Somebody has to pay for my damages. This will be taken up with the City Council and at Eskom ultimately supplying power tho this middle man. I am also planning to approach the News pares to report the rude, incompetent, unprofessional crowed. I am sending a TV crew out there soon if this is not resolved. This story must come out. I am TV producer & this not a game.
Just for the Record: UNIPIN REP Neels Botha (not working for Impact Meters) was a breath of fresh air. He called back called back again a week later out of his own to make sure this problem was sorted out. This is a man I'll do business with any day.
