SA Post Office
Shocking Shocking Shocking

This story goes all the way back to 3rd January 2013. (Believe it or not, it is STILL ongoing.)

I ordered a Cast iron cookware set from Homechoice in December 2012 as a Xmas gift for my wife.
I was not satisfied with the quality, and was informed that if that was the case, I should sent it back to Homechoice using Post office insurance (now really wishing I hadn't).

Weeks went by and I assumed the parcel had arrived, and had now disposed of the original slip, although I did still have a record of the parcel number.

When Homechoice phoned me in March, they informed me the parcel had still not arrived. I assumed that this may be due to the postal strikes.
Another month went by and now Homechoice were now threatening legal action, as my account had not been paid (for an item I did not even own).

I went to Bergbron Post Office (where the item was originally posted) and was informed that the parcel number was not recognized by the system? (PA 337 992 758 ZA)

I have since filled out missing parcel enquiry forms, contacted customer services at the Post Office, but have yet to see a cent of reimbursement for the item.
I have since payed Homechoice out of my own pocket.
