I demand to have my nails redone. I went to DNB Fourways with a friend on Sunday 26/05 for an overlay and my friend for a pedicure. We got there in time for our 14:00 appointment and chose our colours. I was told the overlay would be R270 and and when I wanted to swipe my card for the payment I was told their speed point was not working. I went to the ATM and when I came back all of a sudden the bill jumped to R310 for goodness knows what reason. And obviously because I paid cash the lady there pocketed the difference on this inflated price. How dare your staff think it is acceptable practise to call out any random price so that they can make a profit on top of their own salaries. And to exacerbate my anger the overlay was done leaving half my cuticle exposed and jagged at the base, by the Wednesday my nails looked weeks old. This service is unacceptable, you overcharge for a garbage service with thieving consultants.
