Hi, i recently got my mtn account for data and my bill was R1020.40 debited in my account.. i was surprised. i called mtn to find out why, they told me i was subscribed to smart call technology and they debited from my account.it caused R17 per day was over R500 and was not happy about it .when i call the smart call technology solutions they said i have subscribed with them from 21march 2013 until now.i asked if they can send me an email to show the evidence .all they sent me was an email stating that i have subscribed with them from 21march 2013 and i owe them R1300 .this is unfair to us as customers of mtn.i dont even know about that company and i did not subscribe with them.they say to me their records shows that my cell number is registered with them .mtn told me they have nothing to do, i must call them.now i have to pay more than R1000 for something i dont know i dont even receive the sms making me aware of this.please help me to fight this, i dont have that amount of cash as i have children to send to school.
