Juicer cost R900 only worked for 2 weeks

On 11th April 2013 I bought a Russel Hobbs juicer from Makro, Germiston. It didn't work one morning less than 2 weeks after buying it. I duly took it back to Makro. They tested it and it worked. I took it home and my son and I tried to get it to work to no avail. Suddenly after taking it apart and chaging plug points it worked. It worked for approx 4 days then stopped working. I email the supplier and was told to take it back to Makro so they could send it to them for assessment. It appears that it is an intermittent fault. I have just received an email stating that they can find no fault with the item. A Russel Hobbs toaster has been in for repair no less than 3 times in as many weeks. My Russel Hobbs kettle started leaking, so I returned that at the same time as the juicer. They are still assessing the kettle. I will NEVER bye Russel Hobbs appliances again. As far as I am concerned, I want a FULL refund so I can buy a juicer that works.
