My usual beautician I go to no longer works in the industry, so i was phoning around for a new long term beauty salon to go to for waxing.
When i called Lena Hair and Beauty salon, I enquired about the price for a Hollywood and who does the waxing, as it is a "sensitive" subject for me.
The lady (Helena) on the phone was blatantly hurrying me on and absolutely rude. I asked again for her to give me the name of the beautician as i was going to make an appointment and was writing the details down and i was told she is Portuguese??? so I asked what the beauticians name is so i can make a booking and was told i am wasting her time and she slammed the phone down on me.
