On the 20th on May 2013 my 92yr old grandmother had cops and staff from randwater board at her house saying she has not been paying for her water and therefore would have her water closed until an amount of R1500 has been paid. On the very following day she paid the full amount to which she was assured that the water will be running within a few hours. It's Sunday night today and she is still without water.
Several calls were made after paying asking them to run the water instead everyone there was passing the buck when her daughter called from Tuesday.
Can we can some assistance please as she cannot live without water at her age and this is just not on.
