Item stuck at JIMC

Good day,
I refer to item II283301797ZA. It was last scanned at JIMC HUB on 22/05/2013. It should have been at the Heuwelsig Post Office by today.

Historically, my parcels are transferred from JIMC to Bloemfontein HUB within a day after customs clearance. And they are transferred to Heuwelsig PO within a day of arriving at BFN HUB.
My previous parcels are: II268839677ZA, RI265887894ZA, RI266492354ZA, II273178129ZA .

Notice that even RI parcels are transferred within a day, but this time even an II parcel is taking so long to come.

Please could you tell me when the parcel will be transferred to Bloemfontein Hub, and when it will be delivered.

Going into the post office branch, they track the parcel on the same website as me, so its not of much use. The call centre is even worse, the operators are inaudible, and they just tell me when it was last scanned... I KNOW THAT ALREADY!!! I want to know when it will be scanned again, and when it will be delivered.
