I just had enough, My Car went in to be repaired since on the 2nd of April till today my car is still not finished. Every time we visit them they tells us all kinds of stories and promise that it will be fixed by the following week. Last week they promised that it will be fixed by Tuesday the 21st May now they say it will be fixed by next week the 31st of May. this service is very much not unacceptable. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH i have never seen such bad service in my entire life. i don't know what they expect me to do now because i'm in SERIOUS NEED OF A CAR, Its month end and i have personal things to take care of. to make it worse they have not even offered me a courtesy car while they are busy delaying with my car.
