Stss, is a prepaid electricity provider. On Friday morning my electricity was low needed to be topped up, I made an EFT sent proof of payment. they sent a token tried to reload but their device didn't respond. I went to work, came back around 6pm, called them and they didn't help, they promised to send someone 8am Saturday. I called them on sat, Ashley (night shift) didn't alert greg (morning shift). they finally attended to my problem around 6pm. I had to throw away food as it was spoiled. they didn't even care nor reimburse me.
