Contract expired - UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

My 24 month contract expired on the 15 February 2013 i must say that i would not recommend anyone to use weava cell.
I've spoken to 5 agents and all of them have given me different ways to cancel my contract with them, so after countless emails and phone calls finalli they cancelled my contract
but to my dismay my account was debited again this month on the 15/05/2013 - and i'm a pre-paid client now

i'm really so frustrated at this stage i really dont know what to do and the agents keep telling me they looking in to it

i need my money back asap! i"m FEDUP
