I first called credit clear on 10-04-13 and we agreed that they deduct full amount on the end of that month and they will contact me, only R799.00 was Deducted and nobody even called. I phoned 3x to get bank details so they can assist me with their services. So I came right with my situation after A PERIOD of time and don't need their services anymore that they didn't even provide. I called this morning 15-05-13 and the lady helping me was so rude and said they will not refund me. I spoke to the supervisor and she also told me no refund is possible and treated me bad and even hung up the phone. So I have paid Credit Clear R799 for no services!!! I have really never received bad service and no feedback from any company like this. I would appreciate if someone can assist me with this matte
