I had asked Barry to do a logo design for me. he gave me a turnaround time of 7 days to get this done. this was done in the specified time but then the problem started. i had paid Barry in full for the logo even before he had done the concepts as he insisted in receiving the full amount before lifting a finger. i approved one of the designs and asked for the logo, letterhead as well as the business card files to be sent to me. i chased him for over 2 weeks for these without any luck. he did not respond to any of my calls nor emails in this period. out of the blue, he sends these to me. No apology for the delay or resons given. what i got is the letterhead and business card files. the logo has not been sent until now, more than a month since the request and payment. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AS WELL AS BARRY LE GRANGE. once you pay, you'll be chasing him around town with no idea if you'll get the service promised and when.
