On Saturday, 11nth of May 2013 at around 11:15 I went to the Ferndale Post Office to renew my car licence as I usually do every year. The lady behind the counter gave me really bad attitude. Firstly I was told that they only take cash payments for car licence renewals. Ok, I then asked her what time they close, I will go draw money and pay cash. The lady rudely told me not to come back and rather go to the Randburg post office. I told her I will be back before 12 and I preferred the Ferndale post office as it's closer and doesn't get as busy. She told me that she won't assist me after 11:30 because their machines do not work after 11:30. Could you provide some clarity on the matter as she couldn't explain what machines don't work and why the post office closes at 12 and not at 11:30 if their computer system shuts down at 11:30.
