SA Post Office
ITEM HELD AT DURMAIL HUB AND NOT DELIVERED YET!!!

I am awaiting delivery of an item from the U.S. The tracking number is II282058637ZA.
According to tracking details this has been retained at the DURMAIL HUB since the 6th May despite
having cleared customs. The item is a cosmetic cream and is expensive and requires no prescription
for use. Why is my package not being delivered???
I have made numerous calls but none of your staff can assist or have a clue what's going on or the reason why my parcel is retained. Are you going to refund my purchase fee if you do not deliver??

Can somebody tell me what the problem is and when I can expect delivery!!
