I have been requesting for termination form from Khosi since 18 April 2013 and Nondumiso from NBC has also been requesting the same documents since December 2012.
Khosi always has an excuse when u call its either she is busy and promises to mail the documents or she pretends that she sent the documents.
I need this forms for provident fund, which were suppose to be sent soon after termination (31 November 2011).
I have personally been given the run around by Khosi for the past month, If she can not provide the form she must just refer me to the right person.
