We had a power failure yesterday afternoon that was responded to and the fault repaired within the mentioned 4 to 6 hours turn around time. When the power came back on, one of our phases was still not working, so we called again and told the very polite call center lady about the problem. They then sent technicians out at 10 pm to sort it out for us, again within the 4 to 6 hours turn around time. Thank you to all involved in the repairs and call center who took the time, and made the effort to, ONCE AGAIN, make sure we have electricity.
